Travel Pictures Submission Guidelines
"Hey, wait a second. I'm gonna give these yahoos my pictures and they have guidelines?!?"
Well, yeah... This is for a couple reasons. Check out the guidelines first:
- This is an archive of travel pictures. As such, we try to concentrate mostly on places and things as opposed to people. (Though a couple people shots are encouraged.)
- Be selective; pick the pictures you think would most interest others. Just because you took 3000 pictures on vacation does not mean anyone else is going to flip through them all.
- Having a little blurb next to each shot can make it more interesting. Chances are, our wisecracking comments may not be what you envisioned to accompany your pictures. If you have time, a little comment on each picture would help.
These are all geared towards (1) making the site interesting for visitors, and (2) saving us web site people some time. We spend a lot of time on just our own pictures, so any help we get is welcome!
